No, we don't ask for payment information unless you buy a subscription plan. You can try the
application for free without any commitment.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment we accept payment with credit card, PayPal and SEPA direct debit (on request). If you need to enable SEPA direct debit payment method for your user account or need to use other payment method,
please contact us at sales@capillary.io
Do you accept refunds?
We accept refunds up to 30 days after you buy your subscription. But you can also try our
platform for free without subscribing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any moment and it will not be renewed at the end of the subscription period.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription plan?
Yes, you can change your subscription to other plan at any moment. Billing will be prorated for
the duration you were subscribed to each plan.
How will I be billed?
All of our plans are billed monthly or yearly, and we will charge you and send you an invoice at the
beginning of each billing cycle.
Your billing cycle starts the day you subscribe to Capillary.io and is repeated each month or year.
Are taxes included in the pricing plans?
Yes, all our prices are listed including taxes.
Who owns the data I upload?
All the data that you upload is always yours. Capillary.io never owns it and acquires or retains
no rights in it. You can download or delete it at any time directly through the app, even if you
are using the free plan. Capillary.io supports downloading complete projects,
folders and patient capillaroscopy series as ZIP files, plus DICOM ZIP exports for interoperable
imaging workflows.
Capillary.io never uses uploaded images or data for training, evaluating or improving models or
algorithms, research, advertising, sale, licensing, or any other purpose beyond providing the
app's requested results and features to you. This also covers anonymized or aggregated versions
and derived analysis results.
Image analysis uses only our own models, developed in house and self-hosted on infrastructure
we operate. Uploaded data is not sent to external AI services or third-party models for analysis.

terms of service.
Can I upload patient's personal data to Capillary.io?
No. Our terms of service don't allow you to upload any data that
may be used to identify a patient publicly. You should use a patient code which only you can use
to identify a person.
What microscopes can I use?
Capillary.io works with any microscope and capillaroscope. You can upload images captured with your
microscope software, but the better workflow is to use
Capillary.io CapillaryScope: one desktop app for direct capture with Dino-Lite, Inspectis, Smart G-Scope, Optilia, and other USB microscopes, with calibration support and direct upload to Capillary.io.
